The route includes challenging mountain passes, steep descents and breathtaking views. The participants have to prove their skills and endurance in order to master the challenges of the route. The race starts and finishes in St. Anton am Arlberg. After the early morning start, the route leads over the Arlberg Pass, through the Klostertal valley into the Montafon valley to the Silvretta High Alpine Road - from there through the Paznaun valley and the Stanzertal valley back to St. Anton am Arlberg. You pass through villages and valleys as you tackle the climbs and descents. Along the way, you will be cheered on by enthusiastic spectators and locals, which makes for a great atmosphere.

The Arlberg Giro stretches over 150 kilometers and 2500 vertical meters and is a challenging race that attracts both professional and amateur cyclists from all over the world.
