Cancellation conditions - summer season 2025

Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival

27 - 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

6 - 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount

Cancellation conditions - Winter 2024/25

- Cancellation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival

- 59 to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount

- 20 to 10 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount

- 9 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount

- In the event of late arrival and/or early departure or no-show, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

- To confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount to our account

In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain a processing and administration fee of € 20.00 for the processing and possible refund of the deposit.

And if something does come up?

We would like to save you unnecessary costs and the associated hassle.

We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, to be able to organize your vacation carefree.

Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 with amendment of the Cancellation Policy §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.
