Mountain Yoga Festival

The festival days start early in the morning with guided meditations. After breakfast, it's off into nature for the first yoga sessions. The already legendary lunchtime yoga get-together on the Gampen at 1,600 meters above sea level is the meeting point for all yogis, teachers and experts. In the afternoons, workshops and restorative sessions take place on the mountain and in the valley. The evenings end with either a music program or the traditional yoga talk. A highlight is the sunrise hike on Sunday. A very special mountain experience that will leave you with many lasting memories of the Mountain Yoga Festival St. Anton.
